SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE

SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE

This is one of the most famous and distinctive buildings of the 20th century. If I went there, I would like to attend a concert rather than a theater. Here it is some information about Opera House:

Transport: you can catch public buses, trains and ferries to Sydney Opera House in the Circular Quay. It is a six-minute walk to the Sydney Opera House.

Tour: it costs $25 for children (5-15 years old and children under 5 don't have to pay), $45 for adults and $115 for families (2 children and 2 adults).

Sydney Opera House history: it was designed by the Danish architect Jørn Utzon in 1957 and inaugurated on October 20, 1973. He won the Pritzker Prize in 2003.

World Heritage: Sydney Opera House was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2007.

Sydney Opera House Insiders: by becoming a Sydney Opera House Insider you’ll be among the first to access tickets to many of the shows and festivals. You also have many other privileges like a VIP treatment and 10% discount on food and drinks, but you haven't got any discount at the car park.
